is there somebody who could help me with building a solid Gaming PC for nearby 1200$?

If you're looking for strictly gaming performance, get this. If you care more about aesthetics, go for something like a 6700k and a GTX 1070. The case I chose was quite cheap, it's a non-Modular power supply, etc. This would be a great gaming build, however it wouldn't look too nice. I only showed you this because it includes a 1080 which is the best GPU you can reasonably get at this point in time.
