I just got an Ornata Chroma at Target for 80 bucks. So far, I love it. So I'll give my initial thoughts of it.

Off the get-go, just trying out the keys in the store, I swore that they were mechanical. But my experience with mechanical keyboards is fairly limited, as my last one was a G710+ that I spilled a Dr. Pepper in. Anyways, I had to actually look it up to figure out that it was some kind of weird hybrid switch thing. The switches are very clicky/tactile, and they feel really nice for being membrane switches. The wrist rest is awesome too, it's made of a leatherette like material that's extremely soft and doesn't fatigue my wrist or leave marks like my other keyboard did. Very nice.

The Chroma backlighting is of the best out there, the white backplate makes the lighting disperse very evenly throughout the entire keyboard, and it really pops. It gets nice and bright, there's a lot of customization with Synapse (which isn't as bad as I remember)

Overall, I really like the keyboard. I think it's really nice especially for being sub-100 dollars, and I'm very pleased so far. Definitely check it out if you don't have a ton of money to throw at a keyboard.
