Adding to the Raid

So I current have this RAID 6 setup and I want wondering how do I add more drives to the RAID without loosing my current data on it since I would like to expand the RAID array in the future. Tried looking on google myself but I see people keep saying you need to rebuild the RAID from scratch and start over which I do not want to do. I just want to add more to the Array and not delete anything. Thank you in advance.

RAID card:  LSI MegaRAID 9261-8i
HDDs:   HGST NAS 4TB
OS:   Windows 10 Pro

You just add anouther drive and expand the array in the mega raid manager.

yeah didn't know how to do that, got worried about deleting my things. is there any good video that shows you how to do that?

We have backups so if something goes wrong, we still have our data, right?

No never made it that far yet. One day I will when I have enough cash to buy more drives. Plus I have no idea how many drives I need for a backup.
