No LAN after CMOS reset

Hello, I recently reset my cmos because of of trivial reasons that I will not get into right now. I then reset to optimized defaults and booted into windows. he is the problem. the LAN tray icon is gone, and there is no internet. I checked to see if the driver was there and it was. I have included the ipconfig. I have already tried the driver disk. but the ROM drive is on the fritz. any assistance will help.
