Define "Budget". Most people will tell you GTX 1060, but it depends on what you actually want to spend.

GTX 1080 is a budget card, if your budget is 600-700$

 

Tell us exactly how many potatos you can spend on GPU and we will provide you info with best GPU that you can get for that price.

Also tell us where you come from (country) and maybe add some link of shop where you could order your GPU.

 gtx 1060 3GB or RX 480 4GB (this beats 1060 3GB) are in your budget.

 

Or u can do just fine with 1050ti for 1080p 60fps medium-high settings.

Actually the 3GB 1060 is 10%ish slower than the normal 1060 (why, nvidia, why), so the 480 wins here.
