New GPU vibration

Just recently I switched to RX 480 Nitro+ and as soon as I installed it I noticed my table to kinda vibrate. It was coming from PC. Without hesitation I pulled it out and made sure I reseat it properly and screw in both screws tightly. It didn't help, it's still happening and I can't figure out how to stop it. When running fans at full speed it makes no difference. I also checked CPU cooler if it somehow got loose but it's tight seated. It's all in Fractal Design Define S. Anyone has any idea?

Can you run the fans on 0%?
