Gpu1 on Gpu2's place?

What's the program?

because I don't have any info, all I can say right now is if the GPU is newly installed, try putting the GPU in a different PCIE lane

I have more dedocated WAM than you on my Minecraft server!

RX 480 Sapphire Nitro+

i5 4460 w/ Raijintek Aidos cooler

XFX TS 650W PSU

Cheap OEM Acer motherboard w/ Cheap dollar tree Micro-ATX case

12GB DDR3 Decocated WAM

1TB Seagate Barracuda HHD

 

BTW I live in the UK so if I don't know where you live I will quote all prices in £

Does that for a few programs for me. In installing the program normally fixes it for me.

 

Main RIg Corsair Air 540, I7 9900k, ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero, G.Skill Ripjaws 3600 32GB, 3090FE, EVGA 1000G5, Acer Nitro XZ3 2560 x 1440@240hz

Its "Cam" the gpu's is not new

Anyway, where did you plug your monitor cables into? If it's the lower card then that's your reason...maybe :P
