Hello everyone so i'm new here and i know Linus does allot of giveaways but i need to know are they all global? all answers are appreciated.

The range is explained at the exact page where you can sign up for the giveaways activities. According to the recent laptop giveaway, it is worldwide so maybe other giveaways are also worldwide.

As fsr as I can remember, all giveaways were worldwide in the last 2 years or so, can't remember further back.

There are giveaways maybe 4-5 times a year. It depends on occasion and sponsor if they are international or not. If its international company sponsoring, then they will handle shipping of prizes, usually using their more localized warehouses.
