Iso Phone fix/replacement

Currently i have in my possession my moto X second Generation...but the screen broke a few months ago, and now i'm experiencing problems with the amoled display panel. 

 

I am confident enough to replace this myself, however it's 130 dollars and the phone new is 150...

 

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a replacement phone or another place to look for a replacement part. Top of my budget is around $150~

Bump...and I guess the requirements for replacement i'm looking for are as follows

 

1080p or better

3gb ram or better

NFC

16GB or better storage

Cpu/gpu ~equal to or better than Moto x2 (snap 810, adreno 330)

 

 

if anyone knows of a phone that fits this description in my budget i'd highly appreciate your input! Thanks in advance!
