Hey guys,

I have a i5 3570k currently clocked at stock speeds until I can afford an aftermarket cooler which is coming in the near future, this is paired with a GTX 1070 FE. In Battlefield 1, Medium Settings, a 4 minute benchmark by Fraps says I was getting a max FPS of 77, a min of 14, and an average of 46 and it is essentially unplayable. Is there something wrong here or is this normal and I just need to upgrade my CPU? In other games I seem to be getting the frame-rates as advertised, I pay Titanfall 2 and Overwatch as well.

Thanks

BF1 have processor issues as far as i remembered. I played with i5 3570 non-k + r9 280 and can get 75-80 fps playing medium during the beta lol

Not sure if those results are normal but I think they aren't. You probably need to upgrade the cpu but take my advice with a grain of salt as i'm no expert.
