Anybody else painted headphones/headsets before. I am looking to get G230 refurbed off Newegg.

They are red. I hate red. I am looking to get it so do not know what are they made out off. Would a plastidip be sufficient? I am looking for something as cheap as possible if not I would have gone with other brands that are not so red like the G230. Pics for the lazy

So I don't really need to recolor the inside of the earcup. Just the outside and the headband as well as the cables

Color: well I am really fine with all black if blue seems like a demanding task.

Plasti-dip will work for the red outline on the outside of the headset but for the ear cups and headbands if they are fabric or fake leather that wouldn't work. For the cable you can easily sleeve over it with another colored sleeve.

Any solution for fabric dying?

I'm not sure it would look very good or be super effective, it would need to be removed from the headset which might be a problem for the head band.
