Which 1060 should I get?

Hi,

 

Looking at getting a 1060 early next year and would like to know which GTX 1060 is best for me. I'm after a card that can have it's fans completely off at low loads, not sure if the 1060's do that.

Main PC CPU: 7700K, MOBO: Asus Strix, GPU: Aorus Extreme 3080, PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750, RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB Storage: 970 Evo 1tb

Lounge PC CPU: 4790K MOBO: Asus Hero VII GPU: EVGA 3060 Ti PSU: Corsair RM650 RAM: Kingston HyperX 16gb Storage: 970 Evo 1TB

It's going in a HTPC. So 1080p gaming and media.

They all do that depending on the load, u can change fan curviture as u like using MSI afterburner. I have MSI Gaming X and at 1932Mhz max load it only reaches 58C (My 760 was at 68-76C) so the thermals are awesome ! Fans only spin at 30% speed (max load) so they are decently quiet.

Connection: 200mbps / 12mbps 5Ghz wifi

MSI cards have been pretty quiet for me, I hear EVGA are quiet too.

Main Rig

CPU: Ryzen 2700X 
Cooler: Corsair H150i PRO RGB 360mm Liquid Cooler
Motherboard: ASUS Crosshair VII Hero
RAM: 16GB (2x8) Trident Z RGB 3200MHZ
SSD: Samsung 960 EVO NVME SSD 1TB, Intel 1TB NVME

Graphics Card: Asus ROG Strix GTX 1080Ti OC

Case: Phanteks Evolv X
Power Supply: Corsair HX1000i Platinum-Rated

Radiator Fans: 3x Corsair ML120

I'm limited to Asus, Gigabyte and MSI models. The MSI Gaming X looks good but the Gigabyte G1 has a higher boost and is slightly cheaper.

It probably has a worse cooler though. Not sure about the 1060 but I know the G1 RX 480 isn't the best.
