Your highest stable 1070 overclock

Galax branded ExOC in Black

These DDR5 Memory chips are cooled by the GPU core copper heatplate :)

Peak - 2125Mhz, settles to 2100Mhz'ish in light games, after some time or game dependant.. maybe 2075Mhz with the extra Voltage at the lowest point..

I normally would use +0 voltage, and settle in at 2037-2050mhz depending how heavy the game is.
I just tapped it out to +.50mv to show you my 'light game' max below.
In say Battlefront or Battlefield games, forcing Nvidia DSR 3440x1440 and extra vrm stress ,..this OC would settle around 2075Mhz

Micron memory on here, a nice clock indeed.

*South Australia Ambient temps are at the moment in my room about 22*c (at the time of posting)

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

I got my 1070's to 2075 core and 4501 on the mem at 100% power limit and stock voltage. There's more room but since the bottom card bellows it's heat into the top one I have no more thermal headroom. Technically I do but any fan speed above 70% is unbearable to me lol.

These are both EVGA FTW cards.

Take a look at this thread it gets updated regularly.

I was personally able to reach about 2050 MHz on the core. It seemed GPU boost didn't want to go any higher than that no matter how much I pushed the clock.

Your prolly gonna be limited from that last lil bit bc your gpu uses only 1 8 pin connector
