Fair Price to Sell PC to Friend

Not sure what price would be fair to sell my pc to a friend. Specs:

 

gtx 970

i5 2500k

1 TB hard drive (new one I've never used that I'm adding in)

600W 80+ bronze psu

H60 CPU cooler

16 GB ram

Asus P8Z68-V pro motherboard

Cooler Master 430 Black Elite case

Yeah this would be fair amount for a friend, maybe $600 if you don't like him/her much xD

Depending on the model of that PSU, might wanna switch it.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)
