Ip and MAC address info

I have a SIM card that offers unlimited data but does not allow tethering, I can use as much data as I want but only on my phone. I was wondering if I could change my amazon fire stick's and my tablets ip and MAC address to match my phones and would that allow me to share my data and not be classed as tethering. If not is there another way

Are there any certain settings I would need to set up on the device or just put the SIM card in turn it on and go
