Need help porting contacts to iPhone

So I might be upgrading to an iPhone SE from a basic phone (LG Extravert 2) soon.  Problem is...my contacts can't be automatically transferred to the iPhone because the Extravert 2 isn't a smartphone.  Is there a way to transfer all of my contacts to the iPhone without writing down all my contacts on paper (or in MS Word) and then copying them one by one?  Please let me know.

You can login with your google account on your iPhone and sync your contacs if I remember correctly.

 

Edit : Sorry, I didn't see that you wrote that your actual phone isn't a smartphone.

OP's old phone isnt a smartphone that supports that

you should be able to move your contacts from your phone, onto the SIM card 

but im assuming its a different size SIM

 

you might have to do it manually

Can you send contacs via bluetooth or is there a way to export them as a file to your PC ?

who is your cell phone provider? I know Verizon had a app I could download on my old phone years ago (before I got a smart phone, it was the app for ANY web capable phone, LG EnV Touch in my case) that would backup my contacts to Verizons Cloud that I could then download back to my new Smart Phone.

there is an "app" for those older phones (including yours, I looked it up) called Backup Assistant download it to the phone, backup your contacts to the cloud and then download them to the new phone (this requires the old phone to still have active service) otherwise go to a Verizon Store, they should be able to do it there.
