Hello everyone! So I've been monitoring my GPU's behavior because ever since I switched to 1440p , the noise of the card increased. It's a Zotac 1070 AMP! Edition (Not extreme). Temps are somewhere between 65~73 at 100% load and doesn't go higher than 70 in most cases. However , the fan speed is what concerns me. Its at 70% to 75% at full load and 65-ish while gaming although it ramps up to 70s in some games. Is this normal? My case is a Fractal Define R4 (Without window , no PC fans other than the 2 included) and ambient temp is 22 degree Celsius. I'd also like to know if installing more case fans will help.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080 12GB + Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VIII Hero

Case: Asus ROG Strix Helios Gundam Edition Power Supply: Asus ROG Thor 850P
