Interested why its laggy

Well this pc it has an intel pentium e5700 oc 3.5 ghz and an hd 7770 radeon and i cant get in League of legends more then 30 fps hmmm

Well  i have an other pc but that one like 2015 2016 i was hitting 100 120 fps now i cant all drivers up to date even fresh reinstall on windows dont know whats the problem

8 gb is that pc well 2015 was fine and 2014 140 130 fps now just lag spikes

What are the specs of these 2015 and 2014? I would say CPU is the issue with older machine. Pentiums aren't really meant for gaming machines.
