Help on my new PC!

Hi I recently built my new computer and today when I was playing GTA V, my computer crashed and I was sent a blue screen. But since It froze on the blue screen when It was on 100%. I read a forum on reddit and it told me to restart my computer so I did but then when I booted it up froze so I force shut down it by holding down the off button for 5 seconds. After then my google chrome started to crash and wouldn't shutdown / restart properly e.g it'll be stuck in a loop and would never restart. Does anyone know what may have caused this?

Computer Specs 

-Msi z170a m5
-Intel I7- 6700k (base clock at 4.0 ghz)

-Msi gtx 1060 6gb

 

TL;DR
-Computer got blue screen while playing gta

-It was on 100% but it froze so I force shutdown by holding the power for 5 seconds

-I turned it back on but every app would crash and wouldn't start properly

-Restarted it but It was stuck in a loop (wouldn't shutdown)

-Held the on button for 5 seconds

-Turned it back on, internet failure

-Put it on shut down the proper way but then it was stuck in a loop (hardware was still on but screen did not detect anything)

Is your CPU overclocked? If it is, reset to default values and try it again. Also, why did you post this on Off Topic? This is only for non-tech content.

Reset the BIOS settings to default values, see if that helps. Also, what do you mean by "It was on 100%?"

You know how when its says stuff like "collecting information"? yeah that was on 100%

What error did you got?

Use event viewer and try to find the BSOD error (probably it's in Windows Logs)
