DNS cache doesn´t get emptied?

Hi I´ve been trying to empty my dns cache through cmd and even though the comand góes through and it says it´s emptied. Several DNSs remain when i tell the computer to display the DNSs, inlcuding ".ru" DNS and i´m not really websurfing on russian webpages.

Did you check for malware? if yes maybe try a different one ( https://www.sophos.com/en-us/products/free-tools/virus-removal-tool.aspx )

do you have a firewall/router that might provide these out of their cache? 

which OS do you have ( W10 behaves differently than other Versions in terms of DNS=

-trafficjam.nl

 

i dont belive our router would provide these from its cache

i have win 7

i´ve run zonealarm

Try that one, or malwarebytes
