I am having trouble with my GTX 1070, I have run a couple of games and they are running at a really low GPU usage can someone help. BTW i changed all the power settings through window,i also have a i7-6700k at 4.4 the cpu usage is always around 40%. The overclock on mu GPU is +100 on core clock and +300 on Memory, GPU never goes above 70 C and always is around 40%gpu usage.

No thats just an example but GTAV30-50FPS 40%GPU usage and any other game in general, its usually runs at 40% GPU usage anyway
