im trying to install windows 8.1 on my new PC and when choosing a drive for it to install on it says

"windows cannot be installed on this disk. This computers hardware may not support booting to this disk.

Ensure that the disk's controller is enabled in the computers bios"

This happens when using a USB or a DVD to install

Im trying to install it on a WD2500BEVS 250gb Wd scorpio drive
