Hello. I have been having an issue with the youtube ios app. long story short, ads and videos do not load. here is a video of my dilemma. 

 
The issue only happens to youtube no other streaming services, and only on my iphone and ipad.
I used to be able to reset the wifi while the video was up and it worked just fine. but not anymore. 
When I turn on betternet it works just fine. but 2mb/s down is unacceptable.
any assistance would be appreciated.
