Budget headphones.

Hello guys, so I broke my cheap headphones and would like to buy new ones. Budget is about 60 euros. I want them to meet these requirements: good soundstage, open, quite comfortable, good frequencies and good sound. I need them so I could use them for long periods of time for music, movies and sometimes fps games. I was looking at Beyerdynamic DTX 910 mainly and JVC HA-RX 700.

I haven't personally used the DTX 910s but they look like they would be good. The only budget headphones that I've ever used were the Philips SHP9500 and Superlux 681 EVO ones. JVC may have a bias toward bass if you're into that.

Well about the bass it depends what im doing, on games its nice, on music it also depends which style I listen that time.

Maybe you can tell more about Philips ones?

The Philips ones have a really wide sound stage, but the low end isn't super extended. Like the sub bass isn't present if at all, so if you listen to any bass heavy music it won't be super good for those - don't take that like there's no low end at all because there is, just not in your face. The best thing about them is they're probably the most comfortable headphones I've tried so far in the handful of headphones I've owned.

They're good for gaming for the money as well since the sound stage is really wide.

I would buy from there, but the shipping is like 10-15 euros. So its not worth it for me.

Someone on HeadFi seems to like them if you want to read their review. I wouldn't take their opinion as the sole scope of the headphones, though.

Just get the Beyerdynamic DTX 910, you won't regret it.

The M40x isn't nearly as comfortable.

I don't like the Superlux HD 681 EVO, the self-adjusting headband is a nightmare as it pulls my ears up. The sound is kind of muddy too.

and what about the JVC?

I read that they're good to, but very big. Also it's semi-closed so I prefer that now.

The Superlux HD 681 EVO is massive, yet the headband and earpads are on the smaller side for over-ear headphones. It's like they're barely small enough to be on-ear headphones. It's like there was no thought put into ergonomics and comfort when the headphone was designed. I hate this headphone so much because there's nothing to like about it: it's uncomfortable, massive and sounds muddy.
