Would a gtx 1080 make a huge difference in cities skylines

 

Currently 

7th gen i7 

GTX 770 

GB ram 

256Gb ssd

That game is a heavy cpu game, graphics isnt a big deal in it. I worry more if your cpu cooler can keep your i7 from getting overly hot.

not really. it's not a very GPU intensive game.

should be totally fine.
