Resolution Problem PLS HELP

Hey guys i switched my 21inch acer display with a 32inch acer tv(Acer AT3228ML).... every site states that it has 1920 by 1080 resolution but when i set it to that resolution it looks like this20161215_200832[1].jpg

You need to go into the TV's menu and disable overscan. Look for anything called "scan" or "zoom" settings and go through the options. Usually it's called "Just Scan" or "1:1" or "dot-by-dot", something like that.
