yea that's really good remember to get a high tier psu. if you can  go for a 400 or 450 watt psu as you may know the caps deteriorate over time.

Don't buy that fan and see if you can get a monitor used and you can maybe step up the quality of the PSU.

 You will be fine. Maybe consider getting a slightly higher wattage psu in case you want to upgrade the 1050 ti in the future.

I did see your parts list, for the record, and I was saying remove the  random Deepcool fan. You can actually get a better wireless adapter with that, now that I look at your system. See if you can get a TP-LINK WDN4800.

A 1050ti and i3 should be fine with whatever fan the case comes with.

 

Also, if 92mm is your only option then don't bother getting a fan that small. Won't move much air and will be noisy.

 

I'd change your list a bit but you're on such a tight budget that I question why you can't look for more used hardware?

if i was building this for me i would go used but i'm building for someone else and i go new there just to play it safe since this won't be my build
