Sync 2 drives on different pc's

I have 2 computers I work on, one is a laptop that I take with me to work and a desktop at home.

 

They both have the same drive structure:

Drive C - a SSD for windows.

Drive D - for files.

 

Both have different physical drives for each letter also.

 

How can I sync between the 2 pc's to have the same files on both of them, without duplication?

And if a file was changed/deleted on one PC the used software will ask if to delete/change those files on the other PC.
