I am planning to do some upgrades to my rig in the next month or so, i was thinking along the lines of a case, h100i, ssd and sound card, and only keeping my motherboard (Asrock Z77 Extreme6), cpu, ram and graphics card (KFA2  GTX680).

I want a case which is quiet, has a window, decent dust resistance, and can support the h100

I was thinking of getting the corsair 230T

http://www.scan.co.uk/products/corsair-graphite-series-230t-compact-mid-tower-led-windowed-gaming-case-orange-on-black-with-orange

then adding my own fans, but having read some reviews, i am unsure whether or not the case is dust resistant, as there don't appear to be many filters on it.

All thoughts are appreciated,

Thanks in advance

Current Rig : Corsair 330r, ASRock Z77 Extreme6, 3570K, 8gb Crucial Balistix, KFA2 GTX680 White, Corsair AX750, Xonar Essence STX, Beyerdynamic DT770

it's not the most dust proof case.

If you want quiet and good dust protection you should take a look at cases like the fractal arc midi r2, fractal define r4, or the corsair carbide 330r

The h100i has loud stock fans and is far from quiet. If you want quiet, get a nice air cooler with quiet fans.

Parts and prices change frequently. Plan later when you're going to buy.

Don't get a sound card.

If you want quiet you need a high end air cooler.

t quiet fans, such as the SP120 from Corsair (Quiet edition)

they're a bit of a misnomer IMO, they're more like "Not loud edition," since 23dba is kind of noisy for quiet fans.

i was planning on getting noctuas for fans, as i quite like the colour, and i'll probably look into the r4, it seems to tick all of the boxes

Or you know, the h100i with some aftermarket quiet fans, such as the SP120 from Corsair (Quiet edition), or some Gentle Typhoons.

The SP120 along with other Corsair fans are actually quite loud--especially for quiet edition fans.

I'd recommend some Akasa fans: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/akasa-case-fan-akfn058

Are they good static pressure fans though? I've never heard of them in North America.

They have decent static pressure. They're kind of like Noctuas but cheaper and slightly worse.
