2 - sony xperia xa ultra

Buy a note 7, then throw it into a phone store. Whatever phone survives should be your main.

If you want a phone with a huge screen, Sony.

It depends on what you do with it. Are you a heavy consumer of online content? Then choose a phone with a larger display. If you need something else, choose a phone with what you need.
