Screen flicker

When i turn on my computer my screen goes to bios but the screen flickers with a green tint. Is this from the DVI possibly being loose or does that mean i plugged in my gpu incorrectly?

what gpu/monitor do you have. If you havent already, try a different input if it is supported by your monitor and gpu

I have the asus strix ROG 1070 and an acer monitor I dont currently have an hdmi or display port and my 1070 doesnt have a vga. With a different monitor and also plugging into motherboard with vga the display is fine.

First time test booting so none.
