Corsair H60 Water flowing noise ?

Hello folks this might e a dumb question but please be kind enough to give me an answer.

 

so my problem is when i turn on my PC i hear a water flowing noise from my radiator area,

its not that loud but when i move my ear close to it i cant hear it but after like 3 or 4 seconds it goes away.

is this normal or should i be concerned ?

Is you H60 new? typically with new units this is just air working its way through the rad, it will settle at the top eventually and quiet down.
