Microphone for video voice overs

Hi Guys. I was wondering if there was a suitable microphone that you can buy in or ship to NZ.

Purpose: Voice Overs on Films

Interface: USB 2.0 / 3.0 would be nice

Budget: The lowest priced mic that will give a good overall sound. But preferably under $300 USD

I've heard that the blue yeti mic is pretty good, not sure if it ships to NZ though.

Look into the Audio Technica AT2020 USB.
