if it's a low rumble it's more likely a power cable, you cant quite hear direct interference from 2.4GHz because it's well.. quite a bit outside of the audible range :P

a good rule of thumb (which i COMPLETELY ignored rewiring my desk :D) is to have about 5-10cm of space between power cables, data cables, and audio cables (split in those groups, from my testing with actually decent wiring setups that's the best space/interference compromise to make)

 

the most important ones to keep seperated are power cables. the combination of high currents and 50-60Hz means it basicly is guaranteed to induce a low hum in any speaker cable it's close by for a decent length.
