Should I Wait For Zen.....

So after living with a Intel Pentium G3258 at 4.5-4.8Ghz for almost 3 years on a Z97 mobo, ive had enough. Every game lags badly and the ones that work have massive lag spikes and loading times, and my RX480 is massivley bottlenecked along with my ram....

 

Should i

A) Sell my Pentium and a TP Link Archer T9E and work for a bit of money to buy an Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 (4 Core 8 Thread) 3.4Ghz which is quite old now and performs good but not great OR

 

B) Sell my Pentium, TP Link Archer T93, MSI Z97 Gaming 3 (Very Good Overclocking Motherboard),  and work for ALOT more money and then buy a AM4 Motherboard (around $160AUD hopefully) and then whatever i can get for $400AUD (hopefully the 8 Core 16Thread, Unlocked Multiplyer (Around 5.0Ghz)) OR

 

C) What do you think?

I have a xeon E5 2630 v3 and I love it, but to be honest the price premium on the mobo is crazy, why not just buy a i7 4790k or i5 for that matter?
