Dash cam for bike

So I want a camera for my bike (RadWagon). Just for incase I get hit for insurance purposes. So doesn't have to be super great

 

Requirements: Audio, auto over writing old data would be nice (so I never have to worry about running out of space)  I have usb power on it board.

 

Price cheaper the better

Action camera that can be charged by USB power station?  You're only filming when you are riding it, not when it is parked somewhere or inside your garage?  Just use a handlebar mount or something.

filming only when riding. filming it when its being parked would be nice, but not necessary.

and what action cameras do you recommend? looked at go pro's and was looking a cheaper. $50ish would be fine.

Check if a camera like a Xiaomi Yi can be charged by a USB power bank.
