It should be enough, although the PSU isn't exactly the nicest. I normally suggest going with 550w. But, yes that should work but its getting close

Is it worth OCing and putting the CPU on turbo or should I not risk it just in case?

It'll work but I'd get a higher wattage unit if you want a GPU upgrade down the road.
