What motherboard do you have? This makes the difference whether you can use straight USB headers off the mobo or whether you will need to use a hub.

You would likely have to drill out holes, than cut and file them into rectangles. than take the off the case of a usb hub and route the naked plugs to your holes ither by ensureing they fit ahead of time, or by soldering on extention wires. Than you will need to apply glue to keep it all in place. You will need to conect that usb hub via an adapter that taps the usb on your motherboard. Or you could go the easy route and use a usb hub and double stick tape on the outside of the case.

Ahh, an OEM system. It is highly unlikely that there is more than 1 free USB header on your motherboard. My suggestion would be to get a USB hub with however many ports you want and then stick it to the side of your case (or wherever you want more ports.) I used to use a usb hub stuck to the bottom of my desk right next to my mouse so that I had some handy ports there.

If you feel like getting creative with a dremel tool and other janky solutions, you can take the advice of @doomsriker and drill out some holes so that it looks "elegant" and built in.

When in doubt, re-format.
