Get a 8GB 480 if you can

No need for a cooler. Stock will do fine

Get i5 6500

Get 1x8 for future upgrade

Rest is fine

Not sure if you play Minecraft, but your avatar is a MC person :) Minecraft doesn't work that great with AMD GPU's compared to Nvida. If you play a lot of MC I'd get a GTX 1060 it will give you a significant fps boost.

Having future upgrades is way better then getting slightly better performance through your memory. You won't notice any difference between 1 x 8GB and 2 x 4GB.

the only change i would make is getting a 6500 and instead spending that extra cash towards a cx550m just for more assurance.

True, so he can go for 2 x 4GB and upgrade to 4 x 4GB in the future for 16GB. It really depends on what he is going to be using this PC for and if he will want to upgrade things in the future.

If you can afford it, maybe go for a 6600k cause that board should be able to do some overclocking. A 240gb ssd its quite nice to have too i find, i know its like only OS but i still like to have some programs and stuff. you could maybe save some money by going for a cheaper case with similar looks, maybe like an nzxt S340.

You spend wayyyy to much money just for looks. Get rid of the Hue+, buy a cheaper case (S340, Corsair 200R / 270R), get a higher wattage PSU (for future upgrades) and buy case fans and/or a Cryorig H7 instead of the LP cooler.

For the money you saved:

RX 480 8GB
