Screen Tearing Problems on Google Chrome YouTube

Hi everyone. I am really annoyed since yesterday because I am really working hard to fix this screen tearing issue when it comes to YouTube Videos. I am using V-Sync Adaptive on my global settings in my NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL(GLOBAL SETTINGS). Can someone please help me with this problem thanks.
