I was thinking of buying used pc parts. More specifically a new GPU like a 1070 on ebay. Do you guys think its a good idea to buy used pc parts?

Yes you can save a lot of monry plus the 1070 is a relatively new card. But it depends on how much you save

Even with import duties?

Want to know which mobo to get?

Spoiler

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

I would definitely suggest buying used. Personally, I'd never buy platter hard drives, fans, PSU's, or LED's used, but buying GPU's is usually safe, especially on eBay, just make sure the seller has a good rating and it appears good in the pictures.
