So here it is, i want a PC to play latest games on meanwhile streaming it with high-end graphics with smooth fps.

I choose a 650W PSU just to future proof myself, i am not on the budget side. Now would that be enough ram tho? Streaming games requires alot of multitasking and thats why the i7 quad-core with hyperthreading, but is it enough ram?

Anyways thank you guys, any suggestions welcome.

1. Your biggest sin is pairing an unlocked CPU with a motherboard that cannot overclock it. You want a Z170 motherboard to do so.

2. 16GB of RAM is ideal but $105 is a bit much, don't ya think? Considering you can pick up 16GB of 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance for cheaper.

3. Power supply isn't all that great, I would go for the EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G2 or the Corsair RM550x instead.

4. I'd opt for the Cryorig M9i or the Cryorig H7 instead of the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

Wait, if this is your first build ever, don't you need a monitor and peripherals? Pairing a GTX 1070 with a 1080p display (if you have one lying around) or less is a plain waste of horsepower.

Here, this includes everything you need to get started. In addition to the tower, I've included a 1440p IPS monitor, a mechanical keyboard and gaming mouse, a Windows key, and a great pair of headphones.

I've also done my best to maintain a white, blue, and black 'arctic' colour scheme, which is why I included a white case with blue LED case fans, a white mechanical keyboard with blue LED backlighting, a white mouse and headphones, and black parts for everything else. If you like the colours, this is going to look absolutely stunning.

Keep in mind that the only way to get that insane price on the Core i5 6600k is to get it from a Micro Center. The in-store price is $200, but you can get another $30 off with the purchase of a compatible motherboard. It's an enormous $60 in savings.

Keep in mind that Windows itself is free - you only need to buy an activation key, which can be had for cheap on Kinguin.com.

In my opinion, this is one of the best setups you can put together for the money.
