you should run memtest for a while....

 

I also noticed you haven't eliminated ssd .... find an old hdd and test with that, only for elimination.

 

on a positive note , you will be a fully qualified PC man by the end of this.

 

regarding the dump file this is abit beyond my skill set but there are sites that specialize in this and can find the faulting chip/part from this data.

Right now ill run the memtest but i find this unnecessary since it cant boot win7 or win10 installer media, usb or cd/dvd
