Specs :  Dell Motho, and Case, along with no-name PSU.

Case, and PSU are the DELL oem as well? Is the motherboard a standard ATX layout?

Ask your parents or your Aunt if there is anything you can do to earn another $200 over the next couple of months like completely clean out the garage and spray it for spiders, split wood, help sort, box up, and itemize old unwanted clothing and such to take to a consignment shop so it can be sold and written off on taxes.

If you do that then you could buy a $100 motherboard and an i5 in a few months.

Edit: rake the yard and sack up the leaves, clean up the underbrush around the trees and bushes, etc.... if you want money you can find a way to get it. If the dad and aunt don't want to help maybe a neighbor will... especially the elderly that have a little money, they probably want it done but don't want to do it themselves.

What? I'm not saying it again, but that makes no sense... working is something I COULD do. Now one more time, GET OFF THE TOPIC IF YOUR JUST GOING TO ARGUE. It's not that helpful saying the same things over and over.

Work is something you're not willing and too lazy to do.

And I think I'm gonna stay on the topic, and keep offering my advice hoping you'll understand. And I'm repeating it because you're clearly not getting it and I'm trying to drill into your head that you're being a lazy, entitled, little asshole.

And once it is drilled into your head, be mad at yourself for being those things, and let the anger motivate yourself to do better, to change for the better

And no, I am not trolling, those are the things that goes on in my head almost everyday.

I might be spending a whole month helping out my Aunt with some heavy lifting in the summer, that's how my brother got his 500$ FX PC (He had a choice between AMD and Intel, he should've gone with Intel TBH...)
