So, on my friends PC, everything turns on but monitors don't display anything.

 

HeI took it to a PC place and they took out the ram, and then reseated the ram, and it booted fine. Restarted PC and it did the same thing. 

 

They think it's a mobo issue but apparently they cant "test" it. Last thing i've thought of it resetting CMOS, not exactly sure what it does though.

Sorry. Monitors don't display anything, but everything powers on.

Yes it has a gfx card, have tried another one in it and same problem. The Mobo doesnt have any display ports.

 

Different power supply, I have not... But I can try.

Do so and report back. I doubt the ram re-seat did anything. if the psu is on the fritz it could work intermittently.
