Devil noctis, recommendations are welcome.

Go to solution Solved by Psykocys,

I would like to recommend the cryorig h7 over the hyper 212 if its not too pricey where you are? Looks are better imo and improved thermals and the fan is not as loud.

Hey everyone,

I'm planning to build a new pc, as most people are doing around here. I'm located in The Netherlands and going to buy all the parts from afuture.nl (cheapest site for pc components).

I'm going to bring my GPU from my old build to my new one. (gtx 750ti, 1 year old). I dont need any peripherals/OS. My budget is around €900,-. I have 1 screen 1080 @75 Hz and planning to get another one in the future.

My aim is daily useage and gaming. also a bit of coding and programming for my schoolprojects, that's why i have the 16GB of RAM. Also since I'm planning to go for more moniters and maybe a higher resolution, i opted for a 650w PSU so I can upgrade my GPU to a 1070.

Upgrading to a new pc since all the pc's I had before were at least 8 years old and all given to me for free.

the build I have in mind is this. (edited)

Would like to not change the case. Theme is as most people black and red.

I've got the same mobo that you've chosen and i can say confidently so far no complaints nice and stable all the features I'd ever need.

I've actually made a build around this price. I also live in the Netherlands and have bought a lot at afuture. What I really do recommend is taking a look at alternate.nl. They've got some nice bundles (read: CPU, ram and mono) that are quite cheap. I'll put the pcpartpicker link here, but if you want the most accurate prices in the Netherlands, leave me a message and I'll send you an excel file.

good luck!

I agree with the cryorig h7 and I feel you could get a cheaper gold rated PSU if you shopped around. If I'm wrong about that then that would be a great PSU.

it is one of the cheapest gold rated fully modular PSU's in The Netherlands. prices are pretty high around here.

prices fluctuate here a lot. right now the PSU i chose is 107,80 and yours is 102,90. so not a big differents and i would really like a fully-modular PSU

You convinced me to change to the cryorig h7, but how can i be sure that it will fit onto the MOBO without interfering with the RAM slots?

I have the same combo, there is about another ram slots worth of space between the cooler and the first ram slot when installed. Can take a pic if you'd like.

I figured picking out certain parts in your country would be a bit different than I'm accustomed to

sorry passed out was late for me last night

No need for a pic. I believe you! Also no need to apologize for your slow reaction, you need your sleep. And thank you (and others) for your help.
