Back when I was still in TomsHardware (fun tiems)

whenever I open a post that quoted me or has something to do with me the notification will go away because I opened the topic and viewed it

(so in order to make notifications go away I need to view that post, sucks right. Imagine having 100 notifications and having to open each of them. That's the reason I gave up on TH)

 

I know if you hit the bell icon the notifications go away but sometimes I don't do that. I just quickly click on the link below

 

And the notification still stays on

well I exagerated it, I would go infrequently to gain knowledge then wouldnt log in for some time. Last time I was there 6 months ago, I cant even remember my user name. There was always something about TH I did not like, but some users were very knowledgable.
