As stated in a previous post, you need to purchase a copy of Windows.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Spoiler

OK, would you PLEASE stop making a threads for the SAME problem with minor variations, not to mention PM'ing me on this problem.

I know you want to get your stuff up and running, I know it is a pain, but please keep everything in 1 thread.

As stated in the PM. CSM is Compatibility Support Module. It is a UEFI feature designed to emulate the old legacy BIOS (which is what the UEFI replaces), for compatibility with old OS such as Windows 7, and old hardware. In your case, you have modern hardware, and Windows 10, a modern OS. Meaning that CSM should be DISABLED. Having it Enabled, will make your UEFI emulate the old BIOS, loosing all benefits of UEFI to get your old hardware or OS working.

Secure Boot should also be disable until Windows is actually installed.

If he is using a proper Windows Install media then Secure Boot should be left on during the install process.  It will pick it up and not skip a beat.
