PC keeps boot jumping help pls

Every time I start my pc it starts to boot jump, I have to open my case and switch the positions of my ram (2x8gb) for it to start and run normal, if anyone can help me stop this from happening I would greatly appreciate it

System power on then turns off and power up again, over and over

What PSU do you have? I had faulty AX860i that did this. It was caused by a faulty temperature probe.

I have an evga g2 1000w

Okay, doubtful it's the PSU then. Hmm, it's possible that a RAM stick may be faulty or the motherboard may have problems.

Yea i guess I'll just have to buy a different ram and try to figure it out.  Thanks
