So I usually do my homework on my ITX LAN Party/Spare computer that I use with a touch screen monitor and is also closest to my 2 printers I have in my office and when I printed from that computer the black ink came out spotty at best, I do have cheaper non genuine ink cartradges for the color ink and the color ink comes out fine but even with a genuine black ink cartradge it came out all spotty and missing lines where it should have printed. And then today I decided to try and print from my Windows tablet which I never printed from before and has never had a single printer installed on it before. After hitting the print button BAM it comes out perfect without any flaws or misprinted lines. I have no idea why it does that or any way to fix it. I'm happy my old Epson Stylus CX3810 from over 3 years ago still works, but now I have no idea why my ITX computer is doing that with the printer.

Here's what it looks like when I print from the ITX computer:

Only thought would be if you are printing via usb cable on the itx machine, either the cable or mobo port is bad

Printer only prints through the USB cable because it's old Epson doesn't even have the driver on their site anymore and Windows just auto installs the driver. And I'm using the same cable to print from both machines.

Have you tried printing two exact same documents and comparing the two print outs?

I think I fixed it on the ITX machine it seems like it was a driver issue because after I uninstalled the printer's driver along with the software and just let windows auto install the driver it works and was able to print out documents fine
